Lounge-tek offers a 2-year warranty on all its products.
The warranty covers obvious workmanship and material defects.
To exercise your right to a repair or replacement under warranty, please contact our after-sales service by email at info@lounge-tek.com, documenting the defect with appropriate photos.
The after-sales service will, at your discretion, restore the product to its original condition by repairing or replacing the defective component.
Shipping costs are covered by us.
We also supply spare parts and components even if they are not under warranty, even years later.
